La Rioja Alta was founded in 1890. The present owners and management are the descendants of the founding families. Today, the winery has three subsidiaries: Lagar de Cervera (Rías Baixas), Torre de Oña (Rioja Alavesa) and Viñedos y Bodegas Aster (Ribera del Duero).
