Viñedos Sierra Cantabria is owned by the Eguren family, whose winemaking philosophy is based on four pillars: knowledge accumulated over five generations; modern technology; the love of vines; and the production of great wine.

The family has a firm belief that, 'above all, we are grape growers'. This belief is demonstrated in their care of the vineyards, resulting in high-quality grapes.

Six wineries are part of the Sierra Cantabria group, each with their own individual style based on vineyard site selection, quality winemaking and barrel selection.
